At the same time, we recognize that not all customers require the complexity of a full Dynamics implementation, and that there is a clear need for a credible, lightweight CRM alternative. We don't have a "General" Partner Program, simply because we don't need extra help in the regions where we can effectively support customers with our own resources. Also, plenty of partners are already doing this. However, the world is vast, and there are regions where language, culture, or time zone differences make it impractical for our team to offer the level of service our users deserve. This is where our Certified Regional Partner Program steps in—to extend our global footprint.
We're seeking top-notch consulting firms in regions outside of our current support areas, firms that speak the local language and truly understand the regional culture. While experience with large enterprises is valuable, a strong grasp of small to mid-sized customers is essential. The opportunity for you in your region is the same as it is for us in the regions that we directly support: services revenue. And if you're also selling Microsoft licenses, the opportunity expands even further.
Our RapidStart Apps are designed as simple-to-use accelerators, with the expectation that customers will want to customize and extend them. Customers can choose to do this themselves or work with any partner they prefer. In the regions we serve, we pursue those service opportunities directly. In regions where we do not, we refer them exclusively to our RapidStart Certified Regional Partners.
This is not an open program. We will have only one certified partner per region, and a partner cannot be certified for more than one region. Our goal is to ensure that customers have access to the best local expertise possible.
We don't require any fees from you, nor are we offering any financial incentives. What we do offer is an exclusive partnership and the chance to "own" your region as the go-to resource for RapidStart App services in that region.
Applications are not accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. We're looking for the right partners—those who have the drive, expertise, and local insight to lead in their market.
