RapidClaw for RapidStart Apps
RapidClaw for RapidStart Apps uses the shared RapidClaw foundation and adds only the Dataverse and Agent Pack capabilities that match the installed RapidStart Apps.
RapidClaw Base is included
This product is not a separate duplicated runtime. It includes the shared wizard, customer-owned Azure deployment, OpenClaw runtime, Arcy, Command Center, Graph, Teams, email, models, connectors, approvals, costs, backup, recovery, and safety controls.
What the RapidStart Apps extension adds
- A thin Dataverse solution that launches the shared hosted Setup experience with the correct tenant, organization, environment, and product context.
- The governed RapidClaw Dataverse MCP connector, automatically configured for the selected Dataverse environment.
- Detection of installed RapidStart CRM, RapidStart Project, and RapidStart Field Service solutions.
- Only the Agent Packs selected from the supported apps actually detected in that environment.
- An RCRS-specific Microsoft Teams identity and product-aware Command Center pages where the active packs require them.
- RapidStart Apps entitlement without a separate RapidClaw runtime subscription gate.
Agent Packs
| Detected app | Managed specialist agents |
|---|---|
| RapidStart CRM | Account Health; Contact Health; Relationship Intelligence; Prospect Qualification; Opportunity Follow-up; Service Support |
| RapidStart Project | Project Health; Task Risk; Budget and Time |
| RapidStart Field Service | Work Order Triage; Scheduling Readiness; Technician Schedule |
Detection does not silently activate everything
An installed RapidStart App makes its Agent Pack available. The administrator still selects the desired packs and reviews the contributed agents, skills, connectors, schedules, policies, tools, and approval boundaries before activation.
Dataverse access
The RapidClaw Dataverse connector binds to the exact organization and tenant, discovers standard and custom tables, and uses application-user access with an administrator-selected least-privilege Dataverse security role. Reads and writes remain governed by connector scope, tools, policies, approvals, and audit.
- Dataverse remains the system of record for RapidStart business data.
- RapidClaw's shared PostgreSQL services own runtime policy, approvals, audit, controls, memory, and canonical deployment history.
- The connector does not grant unrestricted Dataverse write access.
- Business Central remains an optional independently configured connector; it is not automatically bound by this product.
Email and Command Center additions
All shared Command Center pages remain available. When the CRM pack is active, the extension can also add Agent Packs, Relationship Intelligence, CRM Work, and CRM Activity surfaces. Selected CRM packs may recommend mailbox-enabled agents, but the administrator creates, tests, and governs those mailboxes later through the shared Email page.
Reset behavior
The shared reset removes the RCRS Teams package, deployment-owned connector authorization and application-user artifacts, selected pack deployment state, product-created mailboxes, Azure runtime resources, deployment records, and the customer application registration owned by the deployment. It does not remove unrelated Dataverse business data or the installed RapidStart Apps solutions.
