RapidStart Power Apps Pricing
RapidStart Power Apps products are $2.50 per user/month for any size commercial organization and are purchased through Microsoft Marketplace. RapidStarter and paid RapidClaw products use the pricing shown on their product pages.
A 10-user minimum applies to core RapidStart Power Apps products. RapidStarter uses company plans for up to 10, 15, or 20 users.

Optimized for Lowest Cost (10 users): Microsoft nonprofit Power Apps pay-as-you-go at $2.50/user/month per app + RapidStart CRM at $2.50/user/month x 10 = $25.00/month (RS). Total: as low as $25.00/month.

Optimized for Simplicity (10 users): Microsoft Power Apps Premium at $5.00/user/month x 10 = $50.00/month (MS) + RapidStart CRM at $2.50/user/month x 10 = $25.00/month (RS). Total: $75.00/month.
Included Add-ons and RapidClaw Licensing
Selected RapidStart add-ons are included at no additional RapidStart license charge. RapidClaw licensing depends on the product: RapidClaw for RapidStart Apps is included with the applicable apps, RapidClaw for Business Central is free in sandboxes and licensed annually for production, and RapidClaw for OpenClaw is a monthly subscription.
Microsoft Power Apps Licensing
RapidStart Power Apps products require full Power Apps licenses from Microsoft. Choose Power Apps Premium or pay-as-you-go based on your usage. The limited Power Apps rights included with Microsoft 365 do not include the Dataverse access these products require. RapidStarter and RapidClaw have separate licensing requirements described on their product pages.
