All RapidStart Apps are $2.50/pupm for any size commercial organization. All apps are purchased via Microsoft Marketplace.
Optimized for Lowest Cost (10 users): Microsoft Nonprofit Per App Pass (10 free, then $2.50/pupm) + RapidStart CRM at $2.50/user/month x 10 = $25.00/month (RS). Total: as low as $25.00/month.
Optimized for Simplicity (10 users): Microsoft Power Apps Premium at $5.00/user/month x 10 = $50.00/month (MS) + RapidStart CRM at $2.50/user/month x 10 = $25.00/month (RS). Total: $75.00/month.
Every RapidStart addon — including Business Central Integration, LinkedIn Capture, Mailchimp Integration, ZeroBounce Connector, and BookIt Scheduler — is included at no additional charge. You only pay for the core apps you use.
RapidStart Apps run on full Power Apps licenses from Microsoft. You will need full Power Apps licenses, which come in two flavors. Note: the light version of Power Apps included with a Microsoft 365 subscription does not include the Dataverse access required to run RapidStart Apps.
