RapidClaw is an AI team embedded inside RapidStart CRM. It watches the same records your people work on — leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, cases — and handles the repetitive, attention-intensive pieces of the job.

Meet the Team

RapidClaw ships with ten agents. Three of them — Quinn, Morgan, and Jordan — have their own email inbox on your domain and can send and receive email on your behalf. All agents share the same long-term memory, so what Quinn learns on a lead is available to Morgan when that lead becomes an opportunity.

Three Ways to Interact

• Microsoft Teams — Chat with the orchestrator in your personal scope. Questions go in, answers and record links come out. Under the hood, the orchestrator routes to the right specialist.
• Agent mailboxes — Quinn, Morgan, and Jordan each have their own mailbox on your domain. External contacts email them like a person; internal users CC them into threads to loop the agent in.
• CRM record panels and approval queue — Open a lead, contact, account, opportunity, or case to see the agent's current read: health score, next action, pending draft, last-touch summary. The approval queue is a central list of every pending outbound draft.

Admin Controls

Full control from the Settings page — no CLI, no config files.

• Global kill switch — Stops every agent immediately. No new inference, no new outbound, no new sweeps.
• Per-agent enable / disable — Turn off one agent without affecting the others.
• Per-agent email enable / disable — Pause mailbox-connected agents without deleting their mailboxes.
• Test email redirect — During rollout, all outbound drafts go to a test address instead of real recipients. Clear it to go live.
• Apollo.io integration — Optional one-click install from the Settings page. Gives agents richer firmographic and role data for smarter scoring and outreach.

Security by Design

• Your tenant, your data — Everything runs in your Azure subscription. Nothing leaves your environment.
• Microsoft 365 sign-in — Dashboard and admin access secured by the same identity your team already uses.
• Content screening — Every inbound email and form is sanitized by a dedicated security agent before your AI agents see it — blocking prompt injection, social engineering, and data exfiltration attempts.
• Secrets in Key Vault — API keys and credentials stored in Azure Key Vault with managed identity access — never in config files.
• Full OpenClaw security model — Trusted-proxy authentication, agent isolation, and role-based tool access — all configured out of the box.
• AI costs are transparent — Per-message and per-sweep costs accrue to your own Azure OpenAI deployment. The kill switch halts all inference immediately.
