RapidClaw for OpenClaw
AI PoweredGive your team more time with AI agents you can trust.
RapidClaw helps your team monitor work, prepare follow-ups, handle recurring tasks, and surface what needs attention. It runs in your Azure environment, stays under your control, and can be ready to use in about 20 minutes.

Features
What Changes for Your Team
RapidClaw watches, prepares, and escalates. Your people review, decide, and act.
Instead of asking employees to repeatedly check systems, assemble context, remember recurring work, and chase the next step, RapidClaw gives those responsibilities to a configurable AI team while keeping people in control of important decisions.
- Routine monitoring becomes automatic. Agents check agreed systems and schedules, then surface exceptions instead of employees repeatedly checking dashboards and queues.
- Follow-up preparation happens sooner. Agents gather context, summarize what changed, and prepare the next action for human review.
- Important work is harder to miss. Overdue tasks, unusual activity, and emerging risks are brought to the responsible person.
- Recurring processes become consistent. Scheduled agents perform the same checks and preparation every time.
- AI becomes usable without a development project. Arcy helps administrators turn business requirements into agents, skills, schedules, and connectors.
- Growth does not require matching administrative growth. The AI team absorbs repetitive coordination as workload increases.
Your Business Stays in Your Control
RapidClaw runs in the Microsoft Azure environment your organization controls. It uses your Microsoft identity, permissions, policies, approvals, and budgets. RapidStart does not host your runtime.
Agents are not given unlimited access. You decide which people, agents, tools, schedules, and actions are allowed, and important activity remains visible for review.
- Business systems are accessed only through connections you authorize
- Credentials stay out of chat and are protected with Azure Key Vault-backed storage
- Sensitive or write-capable actions can require explicit human approval
- Emergency Stop can freeze agents, schedules, and Teams activity immediately
- No Microsoft Copilot license is required
- RapidClaw can run independently or alongside Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Agents
From Purchase to a Working AI Team in About 20 Minutes
The guided RapidClaw wizard handles the infrastructure and configuration work that would otherwise require an OpenClaw and Azure specialist. It checks the environment before deployment, creates the required services, and gives the administrator a clear path from sign-in to a working Command Center.
When deployment finishes, Arcy helps you shape the agents, instructions, schedules, models, connections, Teams access, and approvals that fit your organization.
- Sign in with your Microsoft account and select the Azure environment you control
- Confirm prerequisites before anything is deployed
- Deploy the OpenClaw runtime and RapidClaw services through one guided process
- Prepare the Base agent workspace, Microsoft Teams app, and Command Center
- Continue with Arcy instead of learning OpenClaw administration first

Meet Arcy: Describe the Work. Review the Result.
Arcy is the Command Center assistant that helps administrators build and improve the AI team. Describe the work in business language, then review the agent, skill, schedule, connector, or instruction set Arcy prepares.
Nothing has to go live immediately. Operators can refine the result, choose from models already available in the environment, activate it when approved, or save it as a draft.
- Create and edit agents through guided conversations
- Build skills for repeatable business work
- Create scheduled tasks for recurring responsibilities
- Configure connectors through a guided process
- Turn short descriptions into reviewable instructions and policies
- Activate approved work now or save it as a draft
Connect the Business Tools You Already Use
RapidClaw can create governed connections to any business system that offers a compatible MCP server. Because MCP support is now available across a growing range of business applications and services, your AI team can use the systems and context your organization already relies on.
The guided setup researches the connection, discovers the available tools, and lets an administrator review exactly what agents could use before access is approved. Microsoft Graph is included, and Business Central and Dataverse connectors are available as ready business-system options.
- Create connectors to business systems and services with compatible MCP servers
- Microsoft Graph included for approved Microsoft 365 scenarios
- Business Central and Dataverse connectors available when those systems are needed
- Guided connector research, configuration, and tool discovery
- Explicit review of the tools exposed by each connection
- Protected credentials that never need to be pasted into chat
- Human approval for sensitive or write-capable actions
Run the AI Team Like a Business System
Command Center gives administrators one place to see the agent roster, schedules, approvals, activity, health, email, model choices, usage, and costs. You can understand what the AI team is doing without living in a developer console.
Encrypted backup and migration support protect the configuration, while the OpenClaw extended-stable release channel provides a managed path for planned upgrades rather than unexpected runtime changes.
- Choose models per agent based on the work they perform
- See AI cost by agent, projected spending, and Azure cost alerts
- Give selected agents mailboxes on verified tenant domains with a test mode
- Review scheduled work, approvals, activity, and runtime health
- Pause live behavior with Emergency Stop while Arcy remains available
- Back up, restore, or move the environment securely
The Technical Foundation Is There When IT Needs It
RapidClaw for OpenClaw is a complete standalone product and the shared Base used by RapidClaw for RapidStart Apps and RapidClaw for Business Central. OpenClaw remains the agent runtime; RapidClaw adds the Microsoft-aware deployment, administration, identity, governance, and support experience around it.
Technical evaluators can verify the Azure architecture, identity boundaries, model plan, networking, secrets, connectors, data handling, backup, and release approach in the RapidClaw Deep Dive.
- OpenClaw remains available for advanced runtime and development work
- RapidClaw Command Center is the primary operating surface for administrators
- Customer-controlled Azure keeps infrastructure ownership and responsibility clear
- Microsoft identity, Teams, Key Vault-backed secrets, and approvals surround the runtime

Frequently Asked Questions
How do the three RapidClaw products relate?
RapidClaw for OpenClaw is the complete standalone product and shared Base. RapidClaw for RapidStart Apps inherits that Base and adds Dataverse context and detected Agent Packs. RapidClaw for Business Central inherits the same Base and adds Business Central context, Microsoft's official Business Central MCP connection, and its seeded finance and operations workspace.
Is RapidClaw replacing OpenClaw?
No. OpenClaw is the runtime. RapidClaw for OpenClaw adds the Microsoft-aware deployment, Command Center, Arcy builders, governance, administration, and support layer around it.
What does Arcy do?
Arcy helps administrators create and edit agents, build skills, create scheduled tasks, configure connectors, turn short descriptions into reviewable instructions, and choose from models actually deployed in the environment. Operators can activate changes or save them as drafts.
How are connectors and credentials handled?
RapidClaw provides guided MCP research and configuration, dynamic tool discovery, explicit tool review, protected credential dialogs, and Azure Key Vault-backed credential handling. Secrets do not need to be pasted into chat.
Can agents write to connected systems?
Only when the connector, tool, permissions, and approval policy allow it. Sensitive and write-capable tools remain permission- and approval-controlled, and guarded actions stay visible for review.
Where does it run?
OpenClaw is deployed into customer-owned Microsoft Azure infrastructure. Your organization retains control of the Azure resources, tenant boundaries, identity configuration, secrets, models, data boundaries, and ongoing Azure consumption.
What additional costs should we expect?
Azure VM and infrastructure charges are billed by Microsoft through your Azure subscription. Model-token usage is billed by Microsoft or another configured model provider. Those costs are separate from the RapidClaw subscription, and Command Center provides cost visibility and alerting support.
What does Emergency Stop do?
Emergency Stop freezes agents, schedules, and Teams activity so operators can pause live behavior quickly. Arcy remains available to help with diagnosis and recovery.
Does RapidClaw require Microsoft Copilot or Microsoft Agents?
No. RapidClaw and OpenClaw operate independently and do not require Microsoft Copilot or Microsoft Agents. Organizations may use RapidClaw instead of Microsoft agent technologies or alongside them without conflicts.
