Dataverse remains the system of record for your RapidStart business data. RapidClaw runs in the Microsoft Azure environment your organization controls and uses a governed Dataverse connector to access the standard and custom tables you authorize.
Agents are not given open-ended write access. You decide which Agent Packs, people, tools, schedules, email flows, and actions are enabled, while sensitive or write-capable activity remains permission- and approval-controlled.

Each Agent Pack adds specialists for the RapidStart App it supports. Business users normally work through one RapidClaw orchestrator in Microsoft Teams, which coordinates the right specialist capability behind the scenes.
Agent capabilities are prepared around practical business responsibilities. Administrators decide which agents, schedules, tools, and delivery channels are activated for their organization.

Arcy is the Command Center assistant that helps administrators build and improve the AI team. Describe an organization-specific need in business language, then review the agent, skill, schedule, connector, instruction, or policy Arcy prepares.
Arcy can configure the governed Dataverse connection and create connections to other business systems offering compatible MCP servers. Operators review discovered tools, choose from models available in their Azure environment, and activate approved work or save it as a draft.

Yes. RapidClaw for RapidStart Apps is designed for environments running RapidStart CRM, RapidStart Project, or RapidStart Field Service. RapidClaw detects which solutions are installed and adds only the matching Agent Packs.
Is there a separate RapidClaw subscription for RapidStart Apps?
No. RapidClaw for RapidStart Apps is included at no additional charge with the applicable RapidStart Apps deployment. The shared tenant, identity, connector, policy, approval, and safety controls still apply, and Azure infrastructure or model usage may carry separate provider charges.
Does every customer receive every Agent Pack?
No. The shared RapidClaw Base is common, but CRM, Project, and Field Service Agent Packs are added based on the RapidStart Apps installed in that environment.
Is Dataverse still the system of record?
Dataverse remains the system of record for RapidStart business data. RapidClaw shared PostgreSQL/runtime services own deployment history and operational runtime state, and the RapidClaw Dataverse connector supplies governed access to standard and custom tables.
Can agents write to Dataverse?
Only when the connector, tool, permissions, and approval policy allow it. RapidClaw does not grant open-ended Dataverse write authority; sensitive and write-capable actions remain permission- and approval-controlled.
How do users interact with it?
End users normally interact with the RapidClaw orchestrator in Microsoft Teams. The orchestrator coordinates the right Agent Pack capability behind the scenes rather than exposing every specialist as a separate chat persona.
How does email work?
The CRM Agent Pack can recommend mailbox-enabled agents. Operators create and manage mailboxes later through the shared Command Center Email page, with verified tenant domains, test mode, test email, approvals, and deletion controls.
What does Arcy do?
Arcy helps administrators create and edit agents and skills, build scheduled tasks, configure secure connectors, turn short descriptions into reviewable instructions, and choose from Microsoft Foundry/Azure AI models deployed in the customer Azure subscription.
What gets deployed in my Azure subscription?
RapidClaw deploys an OpenClaw runtime into customer-owned Azure, connects it to the shared RapidClaw services, configures Microsoft identity and Teams access, and enables the matching RapidStart Apps Agent Packs. Azure infrastructure and model-token usage are billed through the relevant Microsoft or model-provider services.
Does it go live automatically after deployment?
No. RapidClaw is deployed safely first. Administrators decide which Agent Packs, agents, schedules, connectors, email flows, and live behaviors to activate in Command Center.
Does RapidClaw require Microsoft Agents?
No. RapidClaw runs independently of Microsoft Agents. You can use RapidClaw instead of Microsoft Agents or alongside them in the same Microsoft environment without conflicts.
Is this RapidStarter, or RapidClaw for OpenClaw?
No. This is the free RapidClaw add-on included with RapidStart CRM, Project, or Field Service. RapidStarter is a different hosted CRM. RapidClaw for OpenClaw is the paid standalone Base for teams that do not already run RapidStart Apps.
