RapidClaw for Business Central is installed at the Company level. Each Company where it is deployed in a Production environment requires its own annual RapidClaw license. A license does not cover every Company in an environment. Sandbox licensing remains included at no charge.

What happens if I remove it?
The shared Reset process removes RapidClaw-created runtime resources, Teams artifacts, deployment state, connector authorization, and the customer application registration when owned by that deployment. It does not remove unrelated Business Central data or other RapidClaw deployments.
Can it write to Business Central?
Only through tools, permissions, and policies that explicitly allow it. The default posture is read-first, financial writes require approval, posting is blocked by default, and sensitive actions remain audit-visible.
Does RapidClaw require Microsoft Copilot?
No Microsoft Copilot license is required. RapidClaw can be used independently or alongside Microsoft Copilot. Its own product terms and Azure infrastructure and model-consumption charges still apply.
